KFC is one of the largest fast-food chains in the country, serving more than 1 million customers each month through over 80 stores across Singapore.

KFC landed in Singapore in 1977 when the first restaurant opened its doors at Somerset Road. Following the digital age and the rise of responsive website design, KFC needs a total revamp of their website which was 5 years old and outdated. Putting user experiences into consideration, a lot of features needs to be introduced. I also redesigned their delivery website to enhance the ordering experience. During its launch, an increase in website traffic and duration spent on the page was seen.
