I like improving experiences by figuring out how things work and then organizing them better to make life easier. As an INFJ with a strong sense of responsibility, I believe in hard work and loving what you do. I often find myself enjoying the process of understanding the "whys" and the "hows" of things that pique my interest. User experience is an ever-evolving puzzle that I am passionately engaged in solving.
I'm currently leading and designing digital banking experiences at Standard Chartered. Prior to stepping into the world of UI/UX, I was educated in graphic/communication design and polished my skills in a digital advertising agency.
Outside of design, I spend most of my time spiralling down the YouTube rabbit hole. At other times, I can be found happily eating, capturing experiences, or most times, just being amused by everything.

Currently leading and managing a team of four designers located in Singapore and Shanghai, distributed across five Hives working on Self Service and Welcome Journeys. Prior, I worked on enhancing the app experience for our affluent clients, designed the experience for day-to-day retail banking products and led experience design initiatives in the AME region across 10 markets. I also handle administrative duties for the team on the side.

This was while I was a design student working towards my diploma. In this role, I undertook several design projects which extended my responsibilities to liaising with clients, suppliers, agencies, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of the final products for these design projects.

During my internship, I had the privilege of contributing to the design of posters and advertising banners for clients such as Krispy Kreme, Samsung, and Prudential. I also provided assistance to Art Directors and Designers in tasks related to editing website mockups and creating showreels in Flash. I received a commendation for my performance during this period upon completion of the internship.
